Pilot service information · 4 November 2026

What is stored

Your account stores your name, email, a hashed password and protected recovery information. Events store the content, uploads and guest lists you add. Replies include attendance, dietary requirements and any messages guests choose to submit.

How it is used

This information provides account access, invitation creation and RSVP management. The service and database are hosted by Hostinger. Invitations and marketing emails are not sent automatically.

What is shared

Published event details and selected photographs are visible through invitation links. A household’s personal link grants access to its guests and replies: share it privately. Draft preview links also grant access to whoever holds them. Contact emails and private host notes are omitted from guest API responses.

Cookies and external services

A session cookie is necessary for sign-in and replies. An optional preference cookie remembers the language you choose for one year. Demonstrations can store sample replies and preferences in your browser’s local storage. No analytics or advertising has been added. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; map links open Google Maps when selected.

Retention and requests

Archiving disables links and keeps content and replies. Permanent account and data deletion are not yet available in the dashboard. During the pilot, request corrections or deletion directly from the owner who gave you access. Controller details and a public contact channel must be completed before commercial launch.

Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information in response fields.
